THE LAW

For Quebec companies, article 51 of the Law on Health and Safety at Work (RLRO. C. S-2.1, updated as of November 1, 2017) outlines the obligations of organizations, in particular paragraph 9 which specifies : The employer must take the necessary measures to protect the health and ensure the safety and physical integrity of the worker. He must in particular: ... adequately inform the worker about the risks related to his work and provide him with appropriate training, training and supervision in order to ensure that the worker has the skill and knowledge required to safely perform the work assigned to it ... " .

obligations

It is therefore incumbent on employers to train their staff in local risks, that they know how to deal with them but also that they are prepared to evolve in environments considered hostile. Instinct Formations therefore meets the need by offering internship and conference services.

Faced with this obligation, Instinct Formations offers to assist you by offering you training in a hostile environment so that your staff can go on a mission after having reinforced their know-how and situational intelligence to avoid threats as best as possible.

risKS

The world is constantly changing, and some unstable regions are becoming particularly dangerous. Staff of organizations deployed outside the country are exposed to polymorphic threats.

Nearly 30,000 kidnappings and hostage-taking are reported every year around the world. Faced with this risk, which is omnipresent in certain areas of the globe, it is always better to be prepared as best as possible.

The goal is not to train you to be a soldier or combatants, but to develop your capacities to adapt and react according to the situation you will be facing, which will allow you to perform your professional activities in the best conditions while preserving your integrity and insure your safety.
